I love this! Thank you - it makes perfect sense & actually for me it provides such a profound feeling of hope, because it means we have power & control when we change our perspective/level of mind/state of consciousness

At this point, the more doubt I have, the surer my footing is.

Thank you for sharing this. I’m going through a breakup at 31 which left me in a financial bind, and this is the only advice that has helped me make sense of it all with an essence of hope. I absolutely want to shift my energy and emotions around this to be able to see an outcome I had never imagined. Working toward that.

This resonates so deeply. Doubt has a way of making us feel small like we’ve somehow fallen out of alignment or lost our path. But what you’re pointing to here is such a loving reminder: doubt doesn’t mean we’re lost; it means we’re being invited to shift.

I’ve often found that when I’m stuck in a loop of discouragement, it’s not the situation itself keeping me there, it’s my level of mind, my energetic posture toward it. That shift you speak of, from problem-consciousness to possibility-consciousness, isn’t always loud or dramatic. Sometimes, it’s as subtle as softening a clenched thought. As noticing. As choosing again.

Thank you for putting such clarity to what so many of us feel but don’t always know how to name. Looking forward to the next part of this journey with you and this beautiful community.

John

Doubt sometimes happens when you’re breaking new ground and heading in a new direction. That’s a good thing. It means you’re leveling up.

How deep have you dwellt into your own darkness

And the darkness of your own desires?

That's how deep you will be able to dwell

In the darkness

The mystery

The silent whispers

The loud ecstacy

Of true intimacy

And how deep life's true mysteries

Will be shared

In the silent space in between

Your chest and her breast

Rising from the sacred womb space

Great information - as usual! I have found that by consciously creating a lifestyle that keeps my vibrational energy high and mind calm, doubt does not rear its head too often. And when it does, I take it seriously and give it credence. Then I take those doubts to my prayer life and seek inner guidance.

Being conscious in diet choices, taking time to meditate and being mindful of my breathing throughout the day helps life flow pretty smoothly for the most part.

I have benefited greatly from your books and teachings throughout the years Dr. Dispenza. Thank you.
